Privacy Policy

Pigeon Aero, Inc. dba Pigeon Aerospace ("Pigeon Aero," "we," "us," or "our") operates https://pigeonaerospace.us and any webpage that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information collected through the Site, and the choices available to you. For purposes of applicable privacy law, Pigeon Aero is the business or controller responsible for this information, unless a supplemental notice states otherwise.
1. Information We Collect
Information you submit. When you contact us through the Site, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, business email address, telephone number, organization, job title, inquiry type, and message content. Please do not submit classified information, export-controlled technical data, proprietary information that you are not authorized to disclose, or other sensitive information through the Site or its Contact form.
Information collected automatically. Subject to your cookie choices and the technologies actually used on the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect information about your device and Site use, including IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, pages viewed, referring and exit pages, date and time of access, and approximate location inferred from IP address. We use this information to operate, secure, evaluate, and improve the Site.
Information from service providers. We may receive information generated by the Site's hosting, security, analytics, consent-management, and communication service providers in connection with their services to us.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to: respond to and manage requests, inquiries, and communications; evaluate potential program, acquisition, partnership, supplier, or other business opportunities; operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site; understand aggregate Site use and measure Site performance, where permitted by your cookie choices; protect the rights, safety, property, security, and integrity of Pigeon Aero, the Site, and others; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use Contact-form submissions for unrelated marketing. We do not use personal information to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you through solely automated processing.
3. Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses strictly necessary technologies to provide core functionality and, if you opt in, analytics cookies or similar technologies to help us understand Site use. Non-essential analytics technologies do not load unless you select "Accept" in our cookie banner. If you decline, the Site's core content remains accessible.
You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time by selecting "Cookie Settings" in the footer of this page. You may also control cookies through browser settings, but disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality. Our cookie banner and settings tool identify the categories of cookies used, the provider, purpose, and applicable duration.

4. How We Disclose Information

We do not disclose Contact-form submissions to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes.
5. Export-Control Notice
Pigeon Aero develops technology that may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ("ITAR"), the Export Administration Regulations ("EAR"), and other U.S. export-control laws. The Site is not intended to receive, store, or transmit controlled technical data. Do not submit controlled technical data, classified information, or other restricted information through the Site. Inquiries involving such information must be handled through Pigeon Aero's authorized controlled channels after appropriate authorization and screening.
6. Retention and International Transfers
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to and document an inquiry, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or recordkeeping obligations. The following retention periods apply by data category: contact form submissions and inquiry records are retained for five (5) years from the date of submission; analytics and Site-usage data is retained for twenty-four (24) months from collection; security and access logs are retained for a minimum of twelve (12) months and up to three (3) years where required for incident investigation or legal hold; and backup copies of the foregoing are retained for up to ninety (90) days following deletion of the primary record. We may retain information longer where required by applicable law, regulation, government contract, or a valid legal hold.
Pigeon Aero is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where Pigeon Aero or its service providers operate. Those countries may have data-protection laws different from the laws of your jurisdiction. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for an international transfer of personal information.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure; accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may submit a request by emailing legal@pigeonaerospace.us with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your request before taking action and may decline or limit a request as permitted by law. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
If we deny a request and applicable law gives you a right to appeal, our response will explain how to appeal. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
This Policy may be supplemented by additional notices when required by applicable law, including a California privacy notice or EEA/UK privacy notice.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business, government, and defense-sector visitors and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, contact us at legal@pigeonaerospace.us so that we can take appropriate action.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Effective Date" above. If we make a material change, we will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
